Gambero Rosso is an Italian wine-food magazine and publishing group founded in 1986. The ‘Ristoranti d’Italia’ guide, first published in 1990, introduces the best Italian restaurants in Italy, while “Top Italian Restaurants in the World” is the first digital publication to pay homage to the many restaurateurs who dedicate their life to promote Italy’s wine and food heritage abroad. Italian restaurants in more than 30 nations were evaluated by Gambero Rosso’s food and wine experts, for the compilation of the 2017 guide.
The Era Ora lunch menu served to the Gambero Rosso experts was created by Executive Chef Antonio Di Criscio, Chef Francesco Ruello, Chef Andrea Miacola, Pastry Chef Chiara Ricci and served by the young service team under the direction of Kristoffer Reynolds.
